« Just one year after settling into our new and nice office in Rouen, where we had the chance to welcome new staff, the covid-19 crisis brings us back to the old days, where most of the team was used to work from home. In that sense, it was not new for us when the circumstances lead us to leave the office, it was quite natural to carry on working as normal. The most important challenge for us was to make sure that from the outside our clients, partners, prospects, colleagues and contacts could be certain that their business was still our main focus and that they could rely on us to get as much support as they need in these specific times.
In the current climate we also feel that our role is to reassure while being realistic. French buyers have not stopped working and continue answering phones and emails. Obviously, no face to face introduction meetings will be organized in the next coming weeks and things may be a bit slower in processing, but we therefore have time to plan forthcoming actions for our clients (communication, promotion plan) or to send presentations and discuss new products. It is also a period where we can spend more time to speak with our prospects, have longer visio :-), work together on their market entry strategy, and plan the future.
Although this crisis affects us all, our main focus is to be at our clients' side, and prepare the after as far as we can. »

On 4th March, our Project Manager, Mathilde Imrie-Lengin and our Business Development Manager, Nathalie Lopez-Granier had the pleasure to take part in the Santander UK workshop in London in preparation of our co-organised Food and Drink Trade Mission in Paris. This year we have had the great opportunity to team up with Santander UK to bring a pool of UK companies offering innovative products to a Trade Mission in Paris. This workshop was organized in order to meet potential participating companies, discover their products and define which USP should be emphasized to convince French buyers.
